BY ACCESSING, AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE OR SIGNING THE SERVICE SHEET GIVEN TO YOU BY THE TECHNICAL AREA, YOU ARE IN FULLY AGREEMENT WITH OUR MAINTENANCE, SERVICE, REPAIR, RELOCATION AND SIMILAR ACTIONS BASED ON SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING POLICIES .SI USTED NO ESTÁ DE ACUERDO CON ESTAS CONDICIONES, FAVOR DE INDICARLE AL TÉCNICO ANTES DE REALIZAR ALGÚN MOVIMIENTO, MANIOBRA O SERVICIO.

MIROCOM (TKTEL TELECOM SERVICES AND / OR MA. MAGDALENA JIMENEZ GONZALEZ) reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions contained in these terms and conditions or any policy or guideline of the services at any time and at its sole discretion. A notice will be provided by publishing the revised terms to the services and changing the "last revision" date at the top of the "Terms and Conditions" or by other means of notification that the company will determine in due course, at its sole discretion. Using a particular form of notification in some cases does not oblige us to use the same form in other cases. MAINTENANCE

- Maintenance It consists of cleaning and checking the EVAPORATOR (Indoor equipment) and COMPRESSOR (Outdoor equipment). IN CASE THE EQUIPMENT HAS ANY FAULTS SUCH AS NOISE, THAT DOES NOT DO ANY FUNCTION, DRAINS WATER OR SIMILAR, IT WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY. Repairs, gas charges, corrections or the like are not part of maintenance.

- EVAPORATOR: It consists of cleaning the coil and turbine with pressurized water, likewise this is done with chemicals that clean it by removing any impurities that it may have. (Not in all cases if it were some highly impregnated impurity.) Likewise, the entire shell of the equipment is cleaned with soap and water, the filters, and the swing blade.

- COMPRESSOR: The energy consumption is checked, the connections that do not show leaks are checked (only the connections are checked for leaks, THIS IS NOT A SEPARATE SERVICE IS CORRECTED), the coil and the fan are cleaned . Likewise, the pressure with which the maintenance started and with which it ended is reviewed. (In several it can be the same, This does not affect the operation)

REPAIRS

- Air conditioning repairs (Mini Split, Central Climate), consists of the revision and resolution of the problem ONLY QUOTED. In the event that the equipment presents multiple failures, a quote will be presented with the cost of each failure that the equipment presents. Since with the repair of a single fault it does not mean that the others will be corrected. (Each fault is separate)

Controversies

You acknowledge and agree that any dispute you may have about payments and the receipt of transfers will be resolved exclusively between you and your banking institution, and that MIROCOM® is not responsible for any payment or transfer operations, including, without limitation limitation, any personal or payment information that you provide.

You have sole responsibility when you use the services

MIROCOM® is not a party to, has no participation or interest in, makes no representations or warranties regarding -and has no responsibility or obligation regarding- THE SERVICES OFFERED. You are solely responsible for your interactions with users of our services. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of our services.

Failure to read our processes, procedures and policies does not exempt the client from their consent.
